In December 19, 2016, the European Commission of Member States (MSC) unanimously passed the SVHC evaluation of bisphenol A (BPA), perfluorodecic acid (PFDA) and its sodium salt and ammonium salt in the material, and the four chains of 4- and heptanol (4-HPbl) and 4- TERT amyl phenol (PTAP) were identified as SVHC candidate substances. ECHA will add these four substances to the list of candidate candidate substances in January and become the sixteenth batch of candidate substances in January.
The other two substances, 4- tert butylphenol (PTBP) and 1,2,4- benzene three anhydride (partial benzene three anhydride, TMA), will be prepared in the next three months according to the different opinions of the few countries, and the final decision whether to join the Committee in accordance with the committee's process.
