The specific adjustments are as follows:
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the law of the People's Republic of China on import and export commodity inspection and its implementation regulations, the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine has made relevant adjustments to the entry and exit catalogue (2016) of the entry exit inspection and quarantine institutions.
1. Cancellation of toys, children's cars, child safety seats (involving 15 customs codes, see Annex), exit inspection and quarantine supervision requirements "B", and entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions no longer carry out exit inspection and quarantine. The above adjustments have been implemented since September 1, 2016.
Two. After adjusting the entry and exit catalogue (2016) of the entry exit inspection and quarantine institutions for inspection and quarantine, foreign trade enterprises may visit the column of "information disclosure" of the website of AQSIQ.
