On May 23, the National Toy Standard Committee 2023 Annual Meeting / Standard Validation Meeting and 2023 Stroller Industry High Quality Development Forum was held in the "Stroller Capital" - Pingxiang County, Hebei Province.

Pingxiang County Party Secretary Dai Jianliang, Deputy Secretary Zhang Chaohua, Hebei Provincial Market Supervision Bureau second-level inspector Guo Yongzhi, the director of Beijing CCLC, the Secretary-General of the National Toy Standard Committee Wang Xianxin, Deputy Director of the National Toy Standard Committee Zhang Yanfen, Deputy Director of the National Toy Standard Committee Andy Zhu (online), Beijing CCLC Executive Director Gao Yan, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Toy Standard Committee Zhang Xia, the Fan Qindong, President of Hebei Bicycle Industry Technology Research Institute, and all members of the National Toy Standard Committee and representatives of manufacturing enterprises attended the meeting, and Lei Zaiming, General Manager of EQO Testing, a member of the National Toy Standard Committee, attended the meeting.

On behalf of Pingxiang County Party Committee and County Government, Mr. Chang Jianhua, Standing Committee Member and Publicity Minister of Pingxiang County, delivered a welcome speech. Mr. Guo Yongzhi, Second Inspector of Hebei Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, and Mr. Wang Xianxin, Secretary General of National Technical Committee for Toy Standardization, delivered speeches for the event. Dr. Zhu, Chairman and CEO of EQO Testing, who was not present in person due to time conflict, specially recorded a VCR in advance and brought a wonderful speech of "Talking about the high quality development of products from the perspective of developing international standards" to the meeting.

After the annual meeting of the National Toy Standard Committee 2023 and the standard validation meeting of "Determination of Organic Tin in Toy Materials by Meteorological Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry", all representatives visited and researched the Pingxiang County Market Supervision Bureau and representative production and testing enterprises in Pingxiang County.

With the careful planning of the National Toy Standard Committee Secretariat and the support of Pingxiang County Committee, County Government, Pingxiang and Xingtai related associations, the meeting was a complete success.
