The rotation agreement signed between France and China in 2021 is being implemented in an orderly manner. The Chinese Chairman-in-Office, Andy Zhu, and the French Chairman, Catherin, have maintained good communication and cooperation, and the three-member management team jointly managed the daily work of ISO/TC 310. After several rounds of group meetings, the first global expert meeting of ISO/TC 310 was successfully organized on June 15-17, 2021.

At the same time, the management team has planned and established the Chairman's Advisory Group (CAG), which is composed of 10 representatives (including the Chairman and TC Manager). China has two representatives to participate in CAG, namely Andy Zhu and Lei Zaiming of the domestic technical counterpart expert group.

The scope of ISO/TC310 standards revision is divided into four categories, a total of 44 standards to be developed. At present, ISO/TC310 established four working groups (WG), respectively: WG1 " General Safety Requirements ", WG2 " Feeding and Oral Supplies ", WG3 " Activity and Protective Supplies " and AHG1 " Sleep Supplies ". Chinese representatives Andy Zhu and Lei Zaiming assumed the convener of WG1 " General Safety Requirements " and WG3 " Activities and Protection " respectively. At present, the working groups are planning to set up expert teams and carry out related work. The management team is discussing the arrangements for the next Global Expert Meeting and plans to hold the second Global Expert Meeting in November 2022.

At present, the cooperation between China and France is relatively smooth. The two sides have established a high degree of mutual trust in their cooperation over the past five years. The influence of the Chinese expert team in ISO/TC310 is also being strengthened, and they are actively contributing Chinese wisdom to the early establishment and improvement of the international standard system in this field.
