Waterproofing layer cracks

2, cause analysis: blind use of low elongation of the coil, the end of the board and node details do not add additional buffer layer and reinforcement layer, the construction method is wrong, such as in the laying of rolled material when too tight.

3, prevention and control measures:

(1) choose the material with high elongation and durable life over 15 years.

(2) a buffer layer will be installed at the end of the prefabricated roof panel, and the width of the rolled strip will be 300mm. It should not be too tight when laying rolls. Summer construction should be relaxed and paving.

When the waterproofing membrane has cracks, cut along the regular crack line with a cutting machine. For example, if the grass roots are not divided, the seam should be slit, the seam width is 20mm, the seam is embedded with the flexible sealing paste, the surface is covered with a wide 200mm coil strip as a buffer layer along the gap, and then a 350mm wide waterproof layer is adhered to.

3, prevention and control measures: when building roofing leveling layer and rigid waterproof layer, the 30mm joints should be left at the juncture of parapet wall. The flexible sealing paste is embedded in the seam. The female corner of the parapet wall is made into arc. When the parapet wall height is greater than 800mm, the groove should be left. The end of the coil should be compressed into the reserved groove, and then firmly embedded with cement mortar or sealing material. When the parapet wall height is lower than 800mm, the ends of the rolls are directly padded to the top of the parapet wall, and then reinforced concrete top.

Roofing leveling or rigid waterproof layer is close to parapet. If you do not leave a split seam, cut 20 to 30mm wide slots along your daughter's wall, sweep and clean, insert flexible sealing paste into the tank, crack the daughter wall, and use grouting material to repair. 2, cause analysis: structural deformation of gutter, eaves, cracks caused by temperature difference, waterproof structural layer does not meet the requirements, and the diameter of the water cup is too small or blocked to cause overflow and leakage.

3, prevention and control measures: before the construction of waterproof layer in the ditch, check the joints of the precast gutter and whether the joints of the roof base joints are tight and smooth. The water cup should be installed, the drainage slope should not be less than 1%, the bottom corner of the ditch should be smeared with circular arc, the corner should be smeared into an obtuse angle, the waterproof coating with the same properties as the coil material should be made, and the rolled strip with 200mm width at the junction of the ditch and the roof should be laid on the top surface of the gutter.

Cracks in gutter and gutter should be cut. The waterproofing layer at the crack should be cut and chiseled into a "V" groove at the base. The width is 20mm and sweep clean. Then, the flexible sealing paste is embedded, and the rolled strip is paved with 200mm along the seam to make the buffer layer. Then the waterproofing layer with wide 350mm is pasted.



 

Water leakage in deformation joint

2, cause analysis: the details of the deformation joints are not properly constructed, and the corners of the roots do not make arcs and waterproof additional layers. The top cover has not made a buffer layer, and the seal has cracked and damaged, resulting in leakage of waterproof layer.

3, prevention and control measures: check the quality and dry degree of plastering, sweep and clean, lay a layer of additional layer on the roots, add the coil width 300mm, the upper part of the coil should be sticky (the rest is empty), the wall and top surface should be full of paste, the top wall of the coil should be covered with a coiled material that is the same width as the wall. After putting it on the side, the material will be embedded into the padding material, and then the other side will be pasted. The top will be covered with a layer of rolled material. The coil will be wider than 200mm on the two sides of the wall.

The cracks in the root of the deformed joint wall are cracked and water leaked. The rolled material at the crack should be cut off. After the expansion of the base, the waterproof sealing paste will be embedded. After the blank rolls are laid, the original waterproofing layer will be repaired and strengthened. The concrete cover plate should be removed and repaired again when the deformation of the top wall of the deformation wall is cracked or damaged.



 

Water leaking



1, phenomenon: leakage around the mouth of the water, some of the water surface is higher than the waterproof layer and water, or because of the small mouth water, clogged and overflow.

2, reason analysis: the installation height of the water drop cup is higher than that of the basic level, there is no interlocking between the water drop cup and the structural layer, and the gap between the horizontal entry wall and the wall is not filled with mortar. The waterproof layer is not added, and the waterproof layer does not extend into the water cup, causing the rain water leakage along the joint of the cement mortar and the outer side of the water.

3, prevention and control measures: the straight type water drop cup with cast-in-place gutter should be installed on the formwork before pouring concrete and tamping along the edge of the cup. The precast gutter should be installed and the bottom template should be supported after installing the cup. The cement, sand and gravel concrete mixed with 1:2:2 is tamped, and the groove of 20mm * 20MM is placed along the cup wall and gutter, and the sealing material is embedded. The top surface of the water cup should not be higher than the gutter leveling layer.

The method of adding additional material to the water inlet is to cut a coil that is wider than or equal to 250mm, and the length is the inner diameter of the water inlet and the 100mm. The 100mm is pasted into the water inlet and the 100mm is pasted firmly. The coil is cut out into a 30mm wide strip, which is pasted outside the water outside the mouth.
