Bag method for testing volatile hazardous organic compounds (VOC) in products, with the advantages of high detection efficiency, low cost and good data consistency, has become the preferred VOC testing method for domestic and foreign car companies and auto parts manufacturers.
I. Testing principle
The samples to be measured are sealed in special sampling bags with corresponding specifications, filled with a certain amount of nitrogen and placed in the experimental chamber, heated at the specified temperature and time to volatilize the VOC. the gases in the bags are collected with Tenax and DNPH tubes and analyzed by thermal desorption gas mass spectrometer and liquid chromatograph to convert the VOC content of the products.
