SVHC candidate list substances have been officially increased to 201 species
In July 16, 2019, the European Chemicals authority (ECHA) officially announced the twenty-first batch of SVHC candidate substances in the REACH code, adding 4 new substances to the list of candidate substances for highly concerned substances (SVHCs). At this point, the list of SVHC candidate substances contains 201 substances.

With the continuous updating of the SVHC list, enterprises are facing more and more control requirements.Enterprises need to raise their risk awareness of products. Within 6 months after the inclusion of SVHC in the list of candidates, eligible enterprises need to complete the SVHC notification in their products. It is suggested that enterprises should investigate the supply chain as early as possible so as to respond calmly to changes in laws and regulations.
