First of all, the experts of the 100 million inspection team led CCTV reporters to visit the lab, and briefly introduced the steps of the inspection, including the detection of mechanical and physical properties, the detection of chemical toxic and harmful substances, and the detection of textiles, and gave a brief introduction to the relevant standards and the reasons for setting the standard.

In addition, CCTV reporters also visited the car seat impact laboratory. Although the program is mainly about the safety performance of children's trolley, journalists understand the importance of children's safety seats for children's travel by understanding the test of children's safety seats, and hope to make a special report on children's safety seats later.

At the beginning of the formal shooting, different types of children's carts were tested by journalists. Although they were used for filming, the testing process is still strictly in accordance with the standards, so as to ensure that the real test process is restored.

The reporters brought samples of different brands and prices from the market. Some of the products had problems in the detection of mechanical and physical properties, such as:

4. the strength of handlebars is not qualified.

5. the strength of the folding locking device is not qualified.

In addition, samples of toxic substances, heavy metals, plasticizers and formaldehyde, and textile burning tests were also tested.

Through this test, we know that even the reporters randomly purchased products on the market are still not qualified. Therefore, when parents are shopping for children's trolley, they must pay attention to quality and safety, and choose brands that can be assured and guaranteed by quality. We must not covet cheap, and ultimately bring irreversible harm to children.
