ISO/PC 310, the first annual meeting of the international standard project committee for children's passenger cars was held in Paris, France, in from June 21 to 23, 2017. The conference was hosted by the AFNOR. The Chinese Secretariat and the French Secretariat of the children's passenger vehicle Committee of the international standardization organization co sponsored the meeting. The meeting was co chaired by Mr. Zhu Yunlong, chairman of the ISO/PC 310, and Mr. Fredric Hausemer, chairman of the French side. ISO Patricia Bartels, technical project manager of the Central Secretariat, attended the meeting and gave guidance on behalf of the ISO Central Secretariat. Representatives from China, France, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan and other P Member States and regions (Hongkong) were represented at the meeting. Appointed by the Ministry of international standards of China's National Committee of standards, Lei Zaiming, general manager of Jiangsu billion branch Inspection Technology Service Co., Ltd., attended the meeting with members of the Chinese delegation, such as Huang Li Na, ITS's technical center of Guangdong inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and Wang Tiejun of the Chinese delegation.

The countries attending the conference, including France, Britain, Germany, Italy and Japan, attached great importance to the first standard "child trolley standard" drawn up by the ISO/PC10 plan. They all hope to play an important role in the future drafting of standards, so as to reflect the technological level and ability of all countries in the standard. During the meeting, the Chinese representatives held extensive and full exchanges with France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and other important countries, and had a detailed understanding of their respective positions and aspirations. During the meeting, members of the Chinese delegation made positive statements to express China's position and views in a timely manner and fully demonstrated our technological strength in the field of standards for children's passenger cars.

During the 3 day meeting, with the close cooperation of two Secretariat offices in China and France and the joint efforts of representatives from various countries, the agenda was successfully completed, and the meeting was a complete success.

At this meeting, 10 children's trolley standards, including China, the United States, Europe, Pakistan, Canada, Russia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Taiwan and so on, were collected and collated by the 100 million branches, and the similarities and differences between them were analyzed and compared. During the meeting, France, the United Kingdom and Japan expressed the hope that the Chinese side would share the results of standards and technology.

Ike will continue to intensify the research work on standardization of child trolley, in order to become a leader and an important participant in international standards for children's passenger cars.
