A total of 2503 batches of products produced by 2484 enterprises (excluding export products) were selected. After inspection, 2219 enterprises produced 2237 batches of qualified products, the qualified rate of supervision and spot checks was 89.4%, 266 batches were unqualified, and the detection rate of substandard products was 10.6%. The detection rate of unqualified products of 6 kinds of products, such as wipes, magnesia carbon bricks, automobile brake linings and so on, is less than 5%; the detection rate of unqualified products of 9 products, such as seat belts, safety helmets, medium density fiberboards, high-strength fasteners, household solar water heating systems, paper towels, phosphate fertilizer, power coal and bicycles, ranges from 5% to 10%; threshing machines, new wall materials, automobile lamps and lanterns, floor coating materials, refrigerators, heat pump water heaters, electric bicycles, household electric washing machines, valves, RMB discriminators, simulation accessories, resin lenses, water storage electric water heaters, waterproof coatings, drip irrigation belts and other 16 kinds of products are not qualified products, the detection rate is higher than 10%. According to the scale of enterprise production, the number of large, medium and small enterprises surveyed accounted for 14%, 22% and 64% of the total number of spot checks, respectively. The detection rates of substandard products were 4%, 6.5% and 13.5% respectively.

According to the number of spot checks enterprises, electronic and electrical appliances have sampled 273 batches of products produced by 273 enterprises, including 4 kinds of products, including refrigerators, household electric washing machines, water storage electric water heaters and heat pump water heaters, and the detection rate of substandard products is 14.7%. Light industrial products spot checks 510 batches of products produced by 491 enterprises, including 7 kinds of products, including tissue paper, wipes, bicycles, electric bicycles, household solar water heating systems, resin lenses and simulation accessories. The detection rate of substandard products is 11.2%. Construction and decoration materials examined 438 batches of products produced by 438 enterprises, including new wall materials, medium density fiberboard, floor coating materials, waterproof coatings, artificial stones and so on 5 kinds of products. The detection rate of substandard products was 10%. Agricultural production data examined 572 batches of products produced by 572 enterprises, including 5 kinds of products, including phosphate fertilizer, pesticide, threshing machine, agricultural film and drip irrigation belt, and the detection rate of substandard products was 10%. Machinery and security products have sampled 270 batches of products produced by 270 enterprises, including 5 products such as safety helmets, seat belts, brake linings for automobiles, automobile lamps and lanterns, and RMB discriminator. The detection rate of substandard products is 8.5%. Electrical and material products have sampled 440 batches of products produced by 440 enterprises, including 5 kinds of magnesia carbon bricks, power coal, steel wire rope, valves, high-strength fasteners, etc. the detection rate of substandard products is 10.2%.

The spot checks have 3 main characteristics: first, strengthen the supervision of certification products. Among the 31 products examined, 11 involved industrial production license management products, 7 national compulsory certification management products, accounted for 58.1% of the total number of spot checks, and the number of spot checks and batches exceeded 50% of the total. Two is to increase tracking and spot checks. Among the 31 products, 4 hot water heaters, wet wipes, resin lenses, artificial stones and other 4 products were the first to carry out national supervision and spot checks. This spot check found that 266 batches of products did not meet the standard requirements. The AQSIQ requires the quality supervision departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to comply with the provisions of the product quality law and the regulations on product quality supervision and spot check, and so on. If the quality of products found in the spot checks does not conform to the mandatory standards of the state, the enterprises shall be ordered to stop production and sale of substandard products according to law.
