The electric kettle had the problem that the measured power exceeded the rated power deviation range, and the LED lamps had such problems as dielectric strength, warning signs, power and color characteristics which did not meet the standard requirements. The person in charge thinks that some of the data in the testing results of these products are defective, which is not enough for enterprises to understand the standards, but also has a standard lag problem.

Recalling the general consumer goods is an innovative way for the quality supervision department to strengthen market supervision after product quality. Case three: Zhuzhou one land Lighting Co., Ltd. recalls part of LED lighting products.

According to the "Regulations on the recall of defective consumer products", Zhuzhou Yi Lu Ba Lighting Co., Ltd. has made a recall plan to the Hunan provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. Since September 8, 2016, it has recalled 2 kinds of LED energy saving light bulbs and 3 LED ceiling lamps produced from March 2016 to May 2016, with a total of 2100 (calyx).

The LED lighting products within the scope of this recall do not meet the standard requirements in marking, external wiring and internal wiring, grounding regulations, electrical strength, signs, power and color characteristics. There are risks that may cause eye discomfort, accelerate the aging of product lines, cause fires in the circuit, and cause personal and property safety accidents. For the LED lighting products in the recall area, Zhuzhou one land Lighting Co., Ltd. will replace the qualified products free of charge for customers, so as to eliminate hidden dangers.
