Sharing bicycle quality risk assessment survey shows: industrial quality and safety threshold is low.

According to the Shanghai Bicycle Association survey, sharing bicycles are almost outside the industry, they do not understand the technical standards of bicycles, do not know how to control the quality of bicycles. In addition to the "Bai Bai" has its own production base, the rest of the operators are entrusted with the production of bicycle manufacturers, and the price is the main basis for their car selection.


At present, the quality requirements of shared bicycles are implemented by the national standard GB3565-2005 "bicycle safety requirements", which is equivalent to the international standard ISO4210:1996 bicycle bicycle safety requirements. Even according to this standard, some share bicycles are not qualified, for example, the design of vehicles is obviously unreasonable, the grade of antirust performance is not enough, and the structural strength is still in question.


When assessing the risk of sharing bicycle services, the regulatory authorities found that there were obvious quality risks. The frequency of sharing bicycles is far greater than that of bicycles owned by individuals. The average driving distance of each bike is ten times or even tens of times of that of a domestic bicycle. Shared bicycles are kept outside for a long time, and there is a marked low standard risk if they are required only according to the national standard GB3565-2005 "bicycle safety requirements".In particular, due to the particularity of the use conditions and environment of shared bicycles, stock sharing bicycles do not regularly carry out quality inspection, and there is a huge security risk.


In terms of service quality, the sharing of bicycles is also uneven. In Shanghai, the largest share bike operator has invested about 220 thousand vehicles, the smallest of which is only a few thousand vehicles. There are more than 100 people and few people in the first line of operation and service. Some of them are not equipped at all. According to 5% of the public bicycle service workers, the gap is obvious. The shortage of service personnel and the lack of uniform service standards and assessment mechanism make users feel that the service is not in place, mainly reflected in: the manual intervention of sharing bicycles on the sidewalk is not enough; the on-site scheduling of tidal phenomena is inadequate; the repair of defective vehicles is not timely and the response to customer complaints is too slow. Some operators did not set up information channels such as hotlines, and no complaints were Lodge.


Since last October, electric bicycles have been shared in Xuhui District, Shanghai. From the perspective of public electric bicycles that have been put into operation, the related problems may be even more serious. The national standard "general specification for electric bicycles" defines the concept of electric bicycles as "enabling human to ride", but this is ignored by the sharing industry. National standard is clear, electric bicycle riding function is to let electric bicycle return to the key attributes of bicycle.The sharing of electric bicycles is a common product shared by the public. There is no guarantee for riding function in the technical setup, and there is a potential safety hazard. Because of the need for battery charging, public electric bicycles will have higher requirements for follow-up services, which is also a problem that the electric bicycle industry can not solve at present.
