At present, there are more than 40 national standards for children's articles, covering various aspects such as wear, housing, use, and so on, and a relatively complete standard system for children's articles has been constructed.

In terms of children's clothing and textiles, the safety technical specification for infant and child textile products has further increased the safety requirements of infants and children's textile products on the basis of the original Textile General safety standards. It has increased 6 kinds of plasticizers and the requirements of two heavy metals belonging to lead and cadmium. It has made detailed provisions for the different parts of children's clothing, such as head, neck, shoulders and waist, and requires no rope for children and children under 7 years of age. The standard of primary and secondary school uniforms integrates a series of safety indicators such as formaldehyde, pH value and combustion performance in two mandatory national standards, including textile safety, infant and child textile product safety, and adds strict color fastness and other product quality indicators to increase the new requirement of comfort. The national standard for woven baby bedding has 4 requirements for the safety, physical and chemical properties, appearance quality and process quality of woven bedding for infants and young children under 36 months of age and below. The color fastness and water fastness index of superior products increased by 0.5 compared to the mandatory national standard, requiring that the durability labels should be sewn directly to the place where they are not directly contacted with the skin, so as to avoid scratching the skin of infants and young children.

In terms of children's toys and small amusement facilities, there are 45 toy standards, including 14 mandatory national standards, 4 applicable to the general safety requirements of toys used, and 10 specific safety regulations for specific toy categories such as household swing swings and toy scooters. The release and implementation of these standards further standardized the production of enterprises, eliminated 6 standard plasticizers, and ensured the safety of children. China has released 3 national standards for small amusement facilities in children's slide, swing and nomenclature of amusement amusement facilities in children's small amusement facilities, and put forward 20 main technical requirements related to safety.

In terms of children's cars, there are 11 standards for children's cars, of which 4 are compulsory national standards. Safety requirements for baby walkers, children's trolley, children's tricycles and children's bicycles are put forward. A recommended national standard for general specification of electric children's cars is formulated. The release and implementation of standards have standardized the production of enterprises and promoted the overall quality level of the industry. In 2016, the qualified rate of national supervision sampling was 95%.

For children's furniture, there are 14 children's furniture standards, among which 8 are mandatory national standards for children's furniture safety, 2 are recommended standards for testing methods, and 4 are industrial standards. In the mandatory national standard, 4 items stipulated the safety requirements for children's furniture from the structural point of view, such as children's beds, folding beds, etc. 4 items stipulated the safety of plastic furniture, wooden furniture and soft furniture from the perspective of the limits of harmful substances and the characteristics of anti ignition. The standards of children's furniture in China are equivalent to, revising and referring to international standards, which are basically consistent with international standards in terms of technical requirements. At the same time, our country also leads the "1 parts of child beds and folding beds: Safety requirements", "children's bed and folding bed 2 part: Test Method" two children's bed international standards are revised to win more discourse power for our children's furniture industry.

In terms of children's articles and stationery, the safety regulations for children's shoes are at the core of safety. They are suitable for shoes that are used for children under 14 years old and below (shoes number is not more than 250). The physical and mechanical safety properties of accessories, such as the tensile strength of accessories, as well as the technical requirements of N- nitrosamines and other chemical limiting substances, are stipulated. They are all mandatory national standards for children's footwear safety indicators. The national standards of 5 diapers, such as diapers (tablets, pads), have stipulated health indicators, permeability, size and inspection rules. Compared with the relevant standards and regulations of the European Union, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Kenya, Russia and other countries and regions, China's health and safety indicators are stricter than those of foreign countries.

In terms of campus safety, we issued the national standards for the requirements of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens safety technology prevention system, and standardized the basic requirements, key parts and regions, and protection requirements, system technical requirements and safeguard measures of campus safety technology prevention system.

It is reported that the AQSIQ and the national standards committee will further improve the standard system for children's products, strengthen the implementation and implementation of standards, consolidate the standards of embankment, and guard children's healthy growth.
