Previously, 4- tert butylphenol was included in the sixteenth batch of SVHC consultation list in September 6, 2016. However, the EU Member States Committee (MSC) failed to reach an agreement and was not included in the SVHC candidate list. It is suggested that enterprises know the relevant material information in time to ensure that the products are successfully put into the EU market.
