We should accelerate the reform of the national quality inspection center, clarify the positioning and capability conditions, strengthen examination and inspection, and establish exit mechanism.

We should extensively carry out the upgrading of quality management system and vigorously implement high-end quality certification.

We should increase the intensity of certification and detection of chaos and establish a long-term mechanism for certification and testing market supervision.

We should speed up the transformation of certification practitioners from the registration management of access class to the level evaluation certification management, and guide the professional development of certified professionals. We should strengthen the construction of the accreditation team of the inspection and testing institutions, optimize the accreditation and on-site evaluation mechanism, and explore the establishment of the evaluation quality evaluation mechanism, so as to enhance the professional evaluation technology of the assessors.
